About Diana Skaff

I moved to Ames in 1971 and have been involved with property ownership, management, or sales ever since!  My family loves Ames and all of the amenities it offers for a town of this size. My husband and I raised two daughters here and they both graduated from Ames High School and Iowa State University.  During my children's growing up years, I was very active in their schools and have served in many leadership capacities from elementary school through high school. I have also served on the board of directors for the local Red Cross chapter, and have served on committees at my church.

I love working with people and to be a part of helping someone solve their housing needs, whether selling their home, or looking for a new home is something I truly enjoy.  Whether you are looking for your first home, looking for a larger home for your family, or downsizing, I can help you!  I am a member of the National Assocation of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors, the Central Iowa Board of Realtors, and the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors.

I am certified in the Short Sale, Foreclosure and REO market, and I also hold the CNE certification, Certified Negotiations Expert, as well as SLS - Strategic Listing Specialist.  Most recently, I received the SRES designation - Senior Real Estate Specialist.  

My husband and I just finished restoring 1967 Camaro from the ground up and are beginning restoration on a 1964 Chevrolet El Camino.  I love getting into the thick of the project and that's the way I work in my real estate transactions.
